		<description>It should be actually in reverse as per  your concept.. Earth quake is caused by the release of force accumulated at the tectonic plate boundary. The full moon days and new moons days are more vulnerable days because the atmospheric pressure or the gravitational forces are reduced due to the straight alignment of planets. More the weight acting on earth surface will help to avoid the release of force from lithosphere.</description>
