On your research paper put something like this:

The amerikans should not complain about how much resources China uses, because the amerikans use exponentially more resources than chinese people do per capita.

I'll just state one fact, leave you to think the rest

Just a few months ago, India government stated very clear that the blame on China and India's raising is bull due to the fact

Fact = China + India total use only 14% of the world's energy (total population of both countries are 2.3 billion)

Fact = The U.S. uses 25% of world's energy. (0.3 billion population)

P.S. You can't use it, because I need it all !!!
You can't turn on your lights, because I need my room to be 80F in the winter! You can't take a bus, because I need the gas to drive to the bar every night!

China is growing massively and quickly, so it is draining more and more resources so it is also having more of an impact globally through its emissions. Given its population it will probably become the largest polluter in the world some time in the future.

I don't know if this is relevant but try to find out the quantity of untapped natural resources in China. As we have seen in other parts of the world countries that have significant amounts of crucial resources like oil can use it to exert their will on others and influence the world economy.
