		<description>As long as you have the correct postage you're fine. If you're sending from the US, you use US stamps. "International" stamps is missing because the post office makes them at a certain rate so you don't have to put 10, 15 stamps on your envelope.

You can write in either Chinese or English to China. China recognizes pinyin which uses a Romanized /English spelling system or Chinese characters. So you'll be fine.</description>
