Getting a passport, leave without problem, which permits in China? Don’t tell me any thing about immigration in Canada, just leaving China.

  1. If your want to leave China legally, you both need passports. Then you will need to go to the embassy of the country you want to visit, this could take months for them to give you a visa. Try a travel agent to help you, they sometimes have the connections to speed up the process, or have special tours that you could join.

  2. Your fiancee will need the permission of the Chinese government to leave the country, just as she will need government permission to travel within China. I do not know if the necessary permission can be unreasonably denied, or whether you have any right of appeal should your request be denied.

If you intend to live in Canada, there might be a problem. The Canadian government is concerned that Chinese people will come to Canada a visitor visa and just stay. I know of one case where they even gave a doctor a hassle–and he had a family and a respected position in China..

  3. Getting a passport is easy for your girlfriend, but leaving China is little difficult.
There are three ways to do this:
    1. your girlfriend go to the US Embassy in China alone and apply for Tourist VISA, the process is easy and if it approved she could leave shortly, you guys can get married after she arrived, and apply for green card after 60 days.
    2. you two get married in China and both appear at the US Embassy and Apply VISA for her( i forgot which one check out the USCIS.gov ), there are chances you might get denial
    3. you file fiancee VISA for her in USA , this way it’s gonna take a lot time and money but high success rate.

It depends on your situation. Good Luck. hope you have a long, happy marriage.

  4. You need Finance visa or marry her in China. Sponsor her and if you still don’t know what to do then there are many many immigration office you can get aid. It will be costly for anything you do. Good Luck.
